  7.     This program let you converts ASCII files between some polish nations
  8. character formats (3 are built-in). Let you converts between your codes of
  9. ASCII chars too. Program have built-in coder/decoder for ASCII files with
  10. password. In doc file you can find more information (english file isn't too
  11. detailed, because program is especially for polish users). Polish doc file is
  12. included.
